The day started kinda strange when my rear wheel started to wobble. A little bit at first, then a lot at the end.
The ball bearings of the wheel were completely broken. When we took the wheels off, the pieces just fell out.
New back wheel and off we go for a long stretch in the morning. 150 km in the morning is a bit much and it was 14h when we stopped for lunch atthe foot of the Azrou ski slopes.
No, I'm not going crazy, Morocco has ski slopes and ski lifts. It's not the alps, but they do ski. After lunch we took the bikes up the ski slopes. X-games here we come !
We then split up with Brad, Hassan and Serge going for more fun on hills and in craters. Daniel, Anders, Danny and myself went to Ifrane for a drink.
Ifrane is the "little switserland" of Morocco: beautiful, clean, and very touristic. With our dirt(y) bikes and dusty clothes we looked out of place between the german and dutch bus tourists. Nice, but not typical and nit what we came here for.
So back to the hotel: shower, pool, beer, wine, olives, dinner and in bed
